Renaissance Senior Living of Vero Beach, a premier assisted living and memory care, want to take a moment to recognize two of their long-tenured employees: Alla Kramer and Tejai Jones. Renaissance of Vero Beach knows that the only reason they can offer an inviting and homelike environment to their residents is through the hard work and dedication of those who bring their heart and soul with them to work. Alla and Tejai exemplify this commitment, to which Renaissance of Vero Beach says a big “thank you!”.

Alla Kramer was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Russia, but she found her way to the United States where she married her spouse. Together they have two children and a family dog. Alla joined Renaissance of Vero Beach in July 2017 as the Business Office Manager, which for her felt like a prime opportunity as she already had experience as a business owner. Alla always looks forward to family time and enjoys going to the beach, reading and boating.

As the Food Services Director, Tejai Jones not only knows how to create delicious meals for residents, she goes out of her way to make sure that each resident’s individual needs are met. Originally from Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Tejai has served at Renaissance of Vero Beach since 2016 and has been invaluable in helping to craft menus for many other communities a part of the Legacy Senior Living family. After retirement, Tejai hopes to open her own breakfast café, but in the meantime, she enjoys fishing, relaxing on the beach and spending time with her spouse, their two daughters, grandsons, and cats.
