March 14, 2024

Vero Beach, Fl. (March. 2024) — Renaissance Senior Living of Vero Beach is excited to announce the promotion of Ty Ausby to the position of Resident Service Director. Ausby has served with Renaissance Senior Living for six years as a CNA and eventually a nurse. She has a decade of experience in the medical field.

“As the Resident Services Director, I aim to lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion and excellence. I will prioritize clear communication and ensure resident-centered care remains our primary focus. I am very thankful for this opportunity,” Ausby says regarding her promotion.

“Ty is a big part of our community and has grown with us in her career. It has been so neat to see her grow from a CNA to now the director of our nursing department. We look forward to her continued success and her support of our residents,” comments Liz Earman, Executive Director of Renaissance of Vero Beach.

Originally from Palatka, FL, Ausby was raised in Vero Beach and continues to live there with her husband of nine years and 5-year-old daughter. During her free time, Ausby savors moments of relaxation, quality family time, baking, traveling and DIY crafts.
