Vero Beach, Fl. (March. 2024) — Renaissance Senior Living of Vero Beach is excited to announce the promotion of Ty Ausby to the position of Resident Service Director. “As the Resident Services Director, I aim to lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion and excellence. I will prioritize clear communication and ensure resident-centered care remains our primary focus. I am very thankful for this opportunity,” Ausby says regarding her promotion.

“Ty is a big part of our community and has grown with us in her career. It has been so neat to see her grow from a CNA to now the director of our nursing department.
